Kernel Of a Problem

The process of worrying is created by your mind, which trades your sanity for the illusion of control (and a minute trace of comfort).

Worrying doesn’t ever solve the problem, but it makes you feel useful. Quite like work does, despite you being unproductive and uncreative.

If you truly direct your attention to the problem, to its root, to its kernel, then you are gonna be able to understand it, and in this understanding, solution is present.

In understanding, then, there is no place for the uselessness of worrying, doubt, rumination. There’s but an instant solution, and realizing solution is but automatic. It no longer is a problem, not in a psychological sense.

Basically:

1. You see the problem. You don’t run away from it, you don’t impose your imaginations on it, you SEE it.

2. You understand the problem to the limits of your capacity to understand

3. You provide a solution

4. You realize it, using your hands, or your brain, mechanically.

5. There is no place for worrying, no place for pondering, and the problem is psychologically non-existent – there is only the process of solving it, robotic, automatic (and, as u may find, strangely satisfying and beautiful, which you had not been able to see before, poisoned by the doubt and fretfulness).
