There is only what you DO.
You only do what you WANT.
If you don’t want someting you don’t do it.
If you don’t do something that is because you don’t want it.
The problem of not doing something that you want is merely you not really wanting it.
The problem of wanting something, or not wanting is not really a problem.
The problem, the conflict, is the discrepancy between what you think you want and what you actually want.
You wanting something is not a choice.
You doing something is not a function of effort, or determination. It is only the function of consciousness (understanding).
Not until do you understand yourself do you know what you do want – and not until then can you ACT upon it.
