Love Your Life and Revile Your Plans

The contrived notion is that you should hustle so hard that you hate your life, then critically look in the mirror and still not be satisfied

“no pain no gain” , “tough love”, etc

But that your wonderful future, and your wonderful purpose, and your wonderful drive make it all sweet! That you feel SO GREAT about your future that it makes the pains sweet,

 

This is nonsense

 

It’s exactly the opposite

 

You will do as well as you already feel

It’s intention and emotion which precedes the outward outcome, not the other way around,

With powerful intention and experiencing powerful emotion — you generate powerful energy and take upon powerful actions,

Obviously it’s the case

When you’re tired and demotivated and depressed and discontented — you not only feel like shit — you also achieve fuck all

When you’re having fun and are playful and energised and in love — you not only feel amazing — you have all this energy to do things, and do them well, and therefore DO well

You don’t feel good “sometimes”, when you achieved something, or when you think of your GLORIOUS FUTURE,

Fuck your future,

Glorious future is NOW,

You feel great now — or never,

 

Get it?

You don’t strive all day and feel terrible — while feeling great about your future.

You do the opposite:

You PLAY all day and engage all day in wholesome activities and FEEL GREAT….

…and then you sometimes feel BAD about your future.

You do the opposite

 

The place to be CRITICAL is PLANS AND IDEAS, and FUTURE

And the place to be self-loving and contented and happy is EVERY DAY,

We do the opposite. We feel horrible all day — and DELUDE ourselves with dreams of the future.

Your FUTURE will be shit. It will be shit because your current life is shit. If You don’t choose to TODAY live better, to TODAY fix that which you can TANGIBLY IMPROVE TODAY — then of course tomorrow the same shit will persist,

And you PRETENDING it will magically all transform changes nothing,

EVEN if much of your current day is “designed” to facilitate tremendous future — if it comes at the cost of how you feel today — then obviously your today, AND your tomorrow, ANY reality you’re in — WILL BE SHIT.

Except it’s even worse – for HOW do you know that what you do today really DOES bring “better future”?

You CAN’T KNOW THE FUTURE.

With certainty you really can only IMPROVE THE PRESENT. Tomorrow — NO certainty.

So if you sacrifice today — you sacrifice the ONLY thing which is real.

Go tangibly improve your life today. Do better today. THEN think of tomorrow. Start small.

 

The place to be self-loving and contented and happy is EVERY DAY.

And the place to be CRITICAL is PLANS AND IDEAS, and FUTURE.

You do the opposite and pretend future will solve your present. That’s why you idealise it. You gave up on changing what is REAL — which is the present — so now you harbour this LIE about TOMORROW somehow changing everything.

It’s the opposite. TODAY is the only time to change everything, or ANYTHING.

And TOMORROW is the subject you should be CRITICAL of.

It’s the ONLY subject you should be critical of.

Today you do your best. Tomorrow comes you better make a GOOD PLAN how to do EVEN BETTER. That’s when you’re critical.

You think hard how you could do better. You’re creative. You’re demanding. You’re the BOSS, you’re a PRO.

You think PLANS and IDEAS — and plans and ideas don’t have fucking feelings. You can go hard on them,

You make that PLAN — and tomorrow, when it becomes today — you do you fucking best,

If you FAIL — that’s fine! As long as you did your best !! I told you — TODAY it only matters that you DO your BEST. That you execute the PLAN you made as precisely as it was designed.

And if you DID execute successfully — then if it failed — then it’s the PLAN that failed!

What you do now is you get critical of the plan. You devise a better plan. You fix the previous plan. You FIGURE OUT whatever it takes,

But what you will ever have to do is ALWAYS THE SAME — which is DOING YOUR BEST TODAY, or not. TANGIBLY DOING WHAT YOU SAID YOU WOULD — OR NOT.

And that is best achieved if you already feel great,

It’s not achieved if you delude yourself about what you can achieve,

But if you take on something you KNOW you can achieve — and then get profoundly SINGLE-MINDED and EMPOWERED about it — you will do that — and much more,

 

…And then you devise ANOTHER plan,

And that’s when you’re critical,

And that’s when you’re even permitted to be a little bit “negative”,

You SHOULD feel a little bad sometimes. It’s your compass that PERHAPS you could make some changes!

You should absolutely not feel bad every day. That’s when feeling bad becomes a habit, then addiction — and eventually it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy.

But you should ABSOLUTELY feel bad SOMETIMES.

That’s when you get an opportunity to go to the park and THINK.
