About Liars

To LIE is to believe you get ahead in lying

It’s to believe it’s a better strategy to tell others something you believe they want to hear, instead of what-IS

Of course LYING doesn’t change WHAT-IS

So eventually you are found out, by definition

Unless you change what-is before you’re found out — then you get found out as a LIAR

But if you can CHANGE what-is so easily — then why even LIE in the first place?

Well perhaps because you believe you’ll get away with it

You believe that as a whole — you’ll gain more by LYING — than you’ll lose by being found out

And will you?

We put man on the moon

We rouse buildings to the sky

We took this man’s heart out and put it into some other cadaver, and he lived

We put men in a metal box and it fucking flies across the ocean. Normal men get in here and get out there across the globe

Do you think those things were made possible by LYING?

Do you think you can LIE that you have a PLANE, or a ROCKET?

Or do you just build a fucking rocket?

With someone whose also interested in building rockets

And CAPABLE of building rockets

Best proven by actually building a rocket,

Do you think it was “proven” by LYING? By making up stories about it?

Or have they built a fucking rocket and it flew to the sky and above?

Lying is for losers, obviously

Doing great things is… well, doing. Not talking

And those that do great things will NEVER, NEVER EVER listen to the liar twice

There’s far too much at stake

There’s nothing to gain anyway

You know,

In the past, we had more honour, I suppose

And the world was a bit less complicated

Everything wasn’t so subjective and inscrutable

I believe we became far more comfortable with BULLSHIT and LIES — in our modern ERA where everything is a MATTER OF OPINION, and EVERYTHING TURNS UPSIDE DOWN every DECADE

If you’re a serious man, serious doer, you won’t have time for liars

But the rest of the folk out there quite enjoy lying to themselves, and being lied to

I would call for lesser tolerance for lies

I am not sure the STATE can, or should force it. Sounds too dangerous for the freedom of speech, which is imperative for the self-correcting system where great ideas are tested and proven

However YOU AND I can enforce it

You and I can say that we will never shake the hand of the LIAR again

Of the scammer again

Of the shill again

Of the salesman again

And be better off for it

And the world should be better off for it
