Deal-breakers are not irrelevant. Deal-breakers are deal-breakers

 

If you ignore deal-breakers now — your deal will fail later — and with extra damage.

 

Advantage and disadvantage don’t cancel each other out.

Option with disadvantages obviously, invariably, inevitably, DOES HAVE disadvantages.

Regardless of the advantages otherwise.

 

Merit and fault don’t cancel each other out.

One with faults obviously, invariably, inevitably, DOES HAVE faults.

Regardless of his merits otherwise.

 

Obviously no option is perfect. You do have to make a choice. And you will.

Obviously no one is perfect. You DO have to work with imperfect people. And you will.

But there are flaws, faults, red-flags — which are deal-breakers. Regardless of the advantages and merits otherwise.

 

You don’t subtract faults from merits, disadvantages from advantages.

There’s a point at which disadvantage becomes so uncontrollable and devastating and unpredictable that no advantage can possibly compensate for the damage

 

This truth applies to all unpredictable and intangible — which is most things in life

If you can’t control the fire — DON’T PLAY WITH IT

There’s plenty you can control — focus on that

 

Therefore deal-breakers are not irrelevant. Deal-breakers are deal-breakers.

Set standards below which you refuse to ever descend. Know what breaks the deal for you. Don’t compromise.
