Doubt and Insecurity

Insecurity is subset of the doubt.

Doubt is great.

Insecurity is delusional.

Doubt is questioning. Doubt is reflection. Doubt is exploration. Doubt is great.

You want to doubt everything.

This is intelligence – this constant vigilance.

But to doubt oneself is to create the self – which is delusion.

You create the self as a separate identity – which you then view as something to work on, something to improve, something to make better then everything else. Ultimately – something to make permanent. You are very afraid of dying.

The doubt of the self is impossible to solve. This is because the problem itself is illusionary. How do you solve a problem which doesn’t exist?

How do you “work on the self”? How do you conceive the self?

How do you capture it and scrutinise it and change it and enhance it?

You can’t even touch the self, you can’t comprehend it. You can’t know where it begins and where it ends.

You can’t solve the self-doubt, the insecurity.

Not as long as you try to solve it.

It is solved when you let go of self-improvement and ACCEPT yourself.

Acceptance is obviously not stagnation.

The only way to stagnate is to hold on to an idea.

You can never NOT change. Everything changes.

The best way not to stagnate is to let go completely.

Please be doubtful outside yourself – doubtful of this entire world and the way of things and the change of seasons and the change of all things.

Don’t get bogged down in some nonsense puzzles of self-doubt, this crazy intangible weird fucking puzzle of society.

The world is so much vaster then you, your position, position of your neighbour, all this nonsense.

Please look at the sky.
