Exams reward meticulousness.
You will go into life undervaluing true talent (and skill) — while overvaluing fastidiousness.
However, meticulousness is stupid and robotic. It is not creative – therefore it’s practically useless.
In real life you can correct your mistakes as many times as you want. On an exam you get punished for every stupid error and never rewarded for creativity. Which is the exact opposite of what matters.
But then again – isn’t it what school is about? Conditioning you into FOLLOWING?
School will teach you to follow – and not lead.
True Creators are always leaders, for they are never followers.
But those who repeat are always but followers.
