Inspiration comes from the outside. Not inside.
LIFE comes from the outside. Not inside.
You and your entire legacy of experience – all that is nothing but dead. Dead past. Dead memories. Dead conclusions dead anecdotes. And the life comes anew.
Inspiration comes from the outside. Inspiration comes with the NEW. Inspiration comes when there is contact with the new.
What does it mean to be inspired?
Does it mean to do nothing? Create nothing? Does it mean to languish? Does it mean to repeat?
To be inspired is to be blessed with an urge to act. With the urge to create. To be inspired is to come in contact with the vast world – and respond to it’s infinite wonder.
To be inspired is to be permeated with this want of taking creative action. This is what being inspired means. If it’s not creative – then it’s not an inspiration. If it’s not coming from the outside – then it is not inspiration.
TAKE IT IN:
HOW INSPIRED YOU ARE IS DIRECTLY RESULTANT OF HOW ACTIVELY YOU EXPLORE THIS VAST, FANTASTIC WORLD.
Inspiration is not the way you are born or some magical outside influence. It’s precisely the contact you have with the unexplored, with the mysteries beyond yourself.
And to open yourself for this vastness, for this whole world of the new – you first must discard the old. You first must discard your past. Your beliefs. Your ideas. Your mind. Forget all that. LOOK ANEW.
A new outlook will cure all your problems with inspiration. All the apathy. You only become apathetic when you get tired with something. Have you even been apathetic when doing something new and engrossing? Have you ever seen an apathetic 3 years old? Open your mind.
Forget the past every day and leap headlong into the unknown.
ALWAYS take the unknown.
The freshness of the unknown will forever keep you fresh. Your energy inexhaustible. Your curiosity childlike and pristine. Your gratitude and appreciation unconditional and complete. Your inspiration immeasurable.
