I suppose you can’t stop yourself from falling down

Perhaps some cheap virtue should temporarily abate your guilt

If you could help me

Then you could help you

But you can’t help you therefore you can’t help me

And by pretending you help me you actually aggravate your situation

You succumb to yet greater delusion

Pretending you’re in some place to fucking help me

You can’t even help yourself

Help yourself by NOT helping me

Help yourself by helping yourself — by actually making your fucking life better

(how could you make anyone’s life better if you can’t even better your own?)

And once you helped yourself — THEN help me

BY showing me how to help myself

 

By showing me how to grow

By showing me how to elevate myself

 

And NOT by giving me what I want

because it’s the last thing I need

and you are doing me a disfavour

 

And i hate to be the bearer of bad news and more separation: but stay away from those helpful and tolerant and just and progressive fellows

Their delusion is either adverse to the development of consciousness or outright destructive

 

Please help yourself

Then help your brother

Then make something useful

Then shut the fuck up

Then make something more useful

Then show me how to be useful

And kind and loving and helpful

And how to treat others better
