Obsessing over some virtue of integrity is how you forfeit integrity.

By trying to be something – you are already disloyal to what you actually are.
(and you still fail to change, because *trying* doesn’t bring about changes; consciousness does)

Integrity is seeing what you actually are.

One must simply watch himself without uttering the word integrity; without trying.
