Anyone can access THE knowledge.

It is thinking which is rare.

To rely on knowledge is to not think – but rely on something else.

To not think is to be a fool.

 

Knowledge is a tool.

You use it – but you don’t rely on it. You rely on your intelligence.

If you rely on anything else but your intelligence – you are a fool.

Only intelligence can be relied on.
