Pain Is A Result Of Conflict

Pain is a result of conflict.

You are conflicted on the inside — hence you are in pain.

The conflict is between what-ought-to-be and what-is.

What-is is that you want something, but you pretend you don’t want it.

What-is is that you are something, but you want to be something else.

Weather you attempt to ignore it, reject it, or alter it, change what-is — its immaterial.

In both cased, you are in conflict, because you are trying to change WHAT-IS, you are not in touch with WHAT-IS (the real).

The secret to change is to let GO of change.

The secret to change is to stop clinging to the permanent states.

The secret to change is to let change happen.

Your own efforts hinder this process.

Stop trying to change. What you try is your mind’s IDEAL. You mind’s ideal is FIXED in your mind — hence it’s obviously anything but change. Anything but THE NEW.

Stop trying to change. Change.

Pain is a result of this conflict.

Of trying to change or trying to NOT change.

WHAT-IS is ever changing. Communion with what-is alone engenders change.

You misunderstand pain.

Pain is not something to defeat. You can’t defeat pain. By trying to defeat it – you reinforce it. Pain is simply alleviated when you cease clinging to it, when you cease accumulating it.

Pain is not your guide either.

You attribute the feeling of pain, the feeling of struggle, the feeling of discomfort – with SUCCESS and ACHIEVING.

You idolise pain because you think it makes you better. You see some are more lucky and some are more talented but you are more hard-working and you think it makes you better. No it doesn’t.

Pain is a result of conflict.

Obviously there be pain when you go from what-is to what-ought, and you love it, because at least you made that choice, choice to BE SOMETHING ELSE, choice to CHANGE, choice to CHANGE YOUR LIFE.

What you are YET to understand, is that there does not have to be pain.

What you are yet to understand is that you can change effortlessly, is that you can LIVE effortlessly, is that the ULTIMATE FREEDOM is not in the struggle against the system, against your own self, against every single person – but FREEDOM is PSYCHOLOGICAL, FREEDOM is SPIRITUAL, and when you are FREE INWARDLY, you INVARIABLY became FREE OUTWARDLY, and there has to be no pain, and there is just pure ACTION.

Pain is a result of conflict.

You need not to be in any conflict.

You need not to struggle.

You need not pain.

You only need to see the truth.

From the truth alone action springs, inspired.

When you know the reality – how could you go wrong? How could you make a mistake, if you know the reality, if you know exactly WHAT-IS? How could you NOT KNOW what to do if you know WHAT-IS, if you understand the moment entirely?

There is no question of going wrong if you understand. You don’t need “pain” to guide you. You don’t need a “master”, or a “guru”, or a “coach”. You don’t need “hardship” you don’t need “sacrifice” you don’t need “resolutions”.

Know yourself, know what-is, and you can not go wrong.
