You can’t really treat others with respect unless you’re being real first

 

One who can’t be real is not worthy of respect — and in that not able to give respect

 

One who is not real is already disrespectful — in being phony and disingenuous

 

Be real first

 

Be offensive if that’s what it takes

It’s more offensive to pretend you’re not you then to be offensively you

 

Be alienating if that’s what it takes

It’s better to make enemies then to make fake friends

 

Be indelicate

Truth doesn’t benefit from your adornment

 

Be yourself first
