AMOUNT (OF MONEY, resource) is just one of the myriad variables
But it’s PRODUCTS and SERVICES which just FLUCTUATE like CRAZY in PRICES and subsequent VALUE
As well as one’s NEEDS
Thus the CHANGES IN THE MARKET, in the products and services available, actually impact the bottom line MORE than the number on one’s bank account.
-e.g. smartphones getting cheaper and better have had more impact on lives of most than whatever increase in nominal income or wealth they have achieved
-likewise online retail had driven the prices down and facilitated shopping
–internet in general often provided more utility and value than serious wealth could have provided before it — and some people STILL barely take advantage of it
-etc
Furthermore one’s NEEDS determine the USE, VALUE one will get out of given product/service
Knowing what you WANT is as important as knowing how to GET it
Indeed,
Knowing how to USE MONEY is as important as HAVING MONEY. Same is true of all things
It’s even more true today — when the world is changing so rapidly
At all times contemplate how to BEST USE YOUR RESOURCES.
How you USE THEM may turn out even MORE IMPORTANT than HOW MUCH OF THEM YOU HAVE
We arguably are already GLUTTED with MANY resources — beyond what we are able to take advantage of
This of course it’s NO EXCUSE to NOT getting more resources.
The END GOAL is VALUE
Which, like I said, may be maximised even more efficiently in optimising the USE of one’s resources
But OF COURSE it’s proportional to the AMOUNT of resources as well
So always get MORE RESOURCES — AND MORE UTILITY, VALUE, out of them
