To cure your problems – forget them.

Forget your inadequacy. Forget your failures. Forget your bad experiences. Forget the pain.

It’s all gone when you forget them.

 

The venerated “PRESENCE”, the mindfulness — is exactly that – forgetfulness.

The venerated “no-self” – it is exactly that – forgetfulness.

Forget the past and you are present.

Forget the self and there it goes – gone.

We use elaborate terms, spiritual or otherwise – to hint at the solution.

Well, here’s the solution – forget things.

It’s simple and comprehensible.

Actually there’s nothing to comprehend – quite the contrary! Just forget.

 

Forget now with your petty problems.

Forget your “big” problems too.

Forget your legacy.

Forget who you are.

Forget who you are supposed to be.

You are as certainly dead already as you are alive. You can as well forget the nonsense and focus on what’s there.
