You want a reward.
You want a reward because you want things.
You want a reward because you want to believe your action, your effort wouldn’t be for granted.
You want a reward, because you have a ridiculous idea that the world is just.
It is just.
Just not in the way you’d think.
Not in a moral sense, or any of that.
It is just, in the sense that: actions are met with consequences.
This is why you will be rewarded.
Your actions will be met with their exact consequences.
If you make your life better – you made your life better.
It’s self-evident.
Yet you don’t exactly seem to realise it.
Is there an outside reason for your life to be better?
Maybe there is. But there is also inside reason. There is also how you make your life better.
We have all kinds of ideas of what to DO with our lives – and so few of them have anything to do with making those lives better.
You make your stupid paycheck better, you make your house better and your tv better but you don’t make your life better.
Ask yourself first,
-am I making my life better?
-how do I make my life better?
we were conditioned to not even ask such simple questions.
Get a job first, buy something stupid, get into debt – then think about the good life.
Now,
when you make your life better – you have already won.
But speaking of “rewards”,
If you make the WORLD better – you will invariably get rewarded.
oh,
you say that the world is against you. That the world does not want to see you succeed. That you are the modern day slave.
Doesn’t matter.
If you make the world better – it is at least better for yourself.
And most likely – the world will rewards you plentifully for it.
See, most people don’t make the world better. They just paying (with their work) to those that did. Or else they paying to those that make the world worse. Politicians, etc…
If you can make the world better — this will be rewarded.
So get over your negative talk about the lack of opportunity. Opportunity is extraordinarily simple. Perhaps that is why we refuse to take advantage of it.
